1700 Broadway was purchased in May 2013. MDC Sold it’s 50% interest in the partnership to our REIT partner in March of 2018.

The building is centrally located in the uptown section of Denver’s Central Business District.  The building was completed in 1956 and was designed by the world-renowned architect I.M. Pei, who is celebrated for such projects as the Glass Pyramid at the Louvre in Paris and the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong.

1700 Broadway sits at a five-point intersection which includes such landmarks as the Brown Palace Hotel, Republic Plaza and the World Trade Center.  The property is surrounded on all sides by high-density residential development, strong commercial fundamentals, and bustling night life.
