The Property is located approximately 3.3 km north of Harvey Avenue, which acts as the main east-west commercial corridor of Kelowna.  The site is one block east of Glenmore Road, which has a daily vehicle count of nearly 24,000.  There are over 30,000 households within a 10 minute drive of this site and this number is expected to to climb as residential development continues in the Glenmore area.
