Chaparral Plaza has a prominent location at the main entrance to the community of Lake Chaparral, on the corner of 194 Avenue SE and Chaparral Drive SE. 194 Street is accessed from MacLeod Trail, just south of Highway 22X, and is one of the main roadways into the community.
