MDC Welcomes New Anchor Tenants at Fountains Shopping Center in Overland Park, KS
MDC Realty Advisors is excited to announce the completion of two new lease transactions with PGA Superstore and Westlake Ace Hardware, both whom will be joining the tenant roster at the Fountains Shopping Center in Overland Park, Kansas.

PGA Superstore will be taking over the 29,000 square foot premises formerly leased to Whole Foods Market who will be relocating to their new store elsewhere in area.
This will be the first PGA Superstore in Kansas and will feature golf equipment, golf apparel, along with a lineup of tennis and pickleball gear.
Westlake Ace Hardware is a neighborhood hardware store that countless generations have counted on for power and hand tools, fasteners, paint, plumbing, lawn care, pet, electrical supplies, and BBQ grills. They will be taking over the 14,300 square foot premises formerly leased to Sears Home. Westlake Ace is headquartered in the Kansas City area and has been part of the Ace Hardware Cooperative since 1959.
With the completion of these transactions, the Fountains Shopping Center is now over 98% leased. MDC welcomes both of these high quality retailers to our stable tenant roster.
