​MDC Realty Advisors is excited to announce the opening of a new Bank of Montreal (BMO) branch on the main floor of the Highstreet House Building in Calgary, AB. The new BMO branch transforms the main floor of this prominent office building located on a high-profile corner within Calgary’s trendy 17th Avenue District.
MDC completed a long-term lease with BMO in 2022 and has worked with BMO over the course of 2023 to complete the construction of this modern banking facility.
