 Jordan Kohn is a Principal of MDCRA where he is responsible for leasing, asset management, acquisitions/dispositions, and investment growth and strategy across the MDCRA Portfolio.  Jordan has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and has overseen transactions in all real estate asset classes, and various partnership structures in markets across Western Canada and the United States.

• Before his current role, Jordan oversaw 1.7 million square feet across North America and was involved in over $150 million of real estate transactions.  Jordan previously worked as the Director of Asset Services where his roles included overseeing and managing a real estate portfolio in British Columbia, supporting the acquisition and business development team identifying potential acquisitions and due diligence.  Jordan was an integral team member in completing a $200 million (USD) 1031 exchange program on behalf of private clients in 2018.  

• Jordan also previously worked for CBRE’s National Investment Team (NIT) – the top performing commercial real estate brokerage team in Western Canada.  Jordan supported NIT through cash flow analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, and marketing and supported the NIT in over $3.2 billion in transactions during his tenure. 

 

Jordan received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona, and a Master in Business Administration from Lynn University.  Jordan is currently based in MDC’s Vancouver office.
