MDC Announces Successful Summer of Leasing at Prominent Office Building in the Chicago Market
One O’Hare Centre is located in Chicago’s O’Hare office market in close proximity to the world famous O’Hare International Airport. This high-quality, Class A office building has been recently upgraded with the addition of a new tenant lounge and a major upgrade to the main lobby area to further enhance the amenities provided to the tenants of the building.

Over the summer of 2023, MDC, along with our ownership partners, have completed over 60,000 sq. ft. of new leasing, renewals and tenant expansions and has increased the overall occupancy from 86% to 95%. This is a testament to the prominence and quality of the building that is situated in a market where office vacancy exceeds 20%.
