The center was purchased out of receivership in October 2010 and sold February of 2017. $2.0 million in capital improvements were spent to increase occupancy from 80% to 90% during the hold period.

Built in 1998, the property is anchored by a 51,449 square foot Bashas’ grocery store. The Bashas’ is flanked by an excellent mix of twenty-two local and national tenants including: Big 5 Sporting Goods, JPMorgan Chase, Starbucks, Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies, Subway, Edward Jones and several others.
