Steve has over 20 years of experience spanning all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, portfolio management, property management, leasing and development.

Prior to joining MDC, Steve worked for pension fund, REIT, and private real estate investors and most recently as an investment sales real estate broker with a major international firm.
Steve is a core MDC team member, using his experience and skills to oversee asset management, leasing, and operations of all asset classes.

Steve holds a B.A. (Hons) in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario. Steve is based out of MDC's Calgary office.
