Appointment as Property Manager

MDC Realty Advisors is pleased to be appointed as Property Manager of Summit Square, a 96,102 square foot neighborhood retail center located in Westminster, Colorado.

Summit Square is prominently situated at the northeast corner of West 84th Avenue and Federal Boulevard, offering strong visibility, convenient access, and a parking ratio of 4.7 stalls per 1,000 square feet. The property comprises of two multi-tenant buildings and three single-tenant pads, designed to accommodate a diverse range of retail uses. The center is anchored by a complementary mix of food and service-oriented tenants, including a government-operated DMV that drives consistent traffic to the site.

Surrounded by established residential neighborhoods and nearby residential development, Summit Square benefits from stable demand and the resilient fundamentals of necessity-based retail.
