New Acquisition

MDC Realty Advisors, in partnership with Citivest Commercial, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Leetsdale Marketplace, a 111,669 square-foot grocery-anchored retail asset in Denver, Colorado.

Situated on 10.25 acres, Leetsdale Marketplace is located approximately two miles southeast of the highly sought-after Cherry Creek neighborhood. The property occupies a prime infill location at the intersection of Leetsdale Drive and South Quebec Street, which collectively has a daily traffic count of nearly 74,000 vehicles. Leetsdale Marketplace benefits from a diverse tenant roster, proximity to high-density residential communities, and ample on-site parking with 630 spaces (5.64 stalls per 1,000 SF).

Leetsdale Marketplace was acquired as a value-add investment on behalf of private investors. MDC and Citivest will enhance asset performance through an aggressive leasing strategy, hands-on property management, and focused capital upgrades. Further value creation is anticipated through the potential densification of excess site area.

The MDC–Citivest partnership is rooted in a shared objective of expanding its retail presence across high-growth, supply-constrained infill markets.
