Kipling Ridge Marketplace is a part of a larger mixed-use development located at 38th St. and Kipling in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. As the city’s largest redevelopment project in almost 30 years, the infill project is anchored by a 27,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market with other parcels including a 2,100-square-foot redeveloped Starbucks, and a 58,000-square-foot MorningStar Senior Living facility and a planned retail development.
