Red Rocks Aurora is a 70,600 square foot, 727 unit self storage facility located on the southeast corner of Colfax Avenue and Sable Boulevard in Aurora, Colorado. Constructed in 2022, the property enjoys easy access to the I-25, and only minutes away from the Anschutz Children’s Hospital and Medical Campus.

Population and households within the PTA have accelerated by an annual average of 2,488 persons and 922 households. Currently, the PTA encompasses 182,057 persons living in 62,855 households. Over the next 10 years, the PTA is expected to continue to increase by 2,417 persons and 903 households each year.
