The planned development includes a state-of-art, 3-story temperature controlled facility located on a 1.69 acre infill site. The Property is located within a master development parcel on the corner of Woodmen Road and Marksheffel Road, which includes a multi-family development of 278 units, along with restaurants, retail and commercial pad sites. The project is expected to be completed in 2024
