With more than 30 years of experience across all aspects of real estate, Allan has completed over $4 billion in transactions, spanning acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and mortgage financing. A client-centric executive with deep market insight, Allan’s strategies consistently deliver value for institutional and private investors. He previously served as Vice President of Acquisitions for TGS North American Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was involved in over $600 million of transactions and helped lead the eventual sale of the REIT to Great-West Life.
