Jordan is a Principal at MDC Realty Advisors and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Jordan is responsible for leasing, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as driving overall investment growth and strategy across the MDC portfolio. He works alongside the other members of the Executive Leadership Team in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities throughout North America.

Jordan brings extensive experience structuring partnerships across diverse markets in Western Canada and the United States. Known for his strong financial acumen and relationship-focused approach, he ensures MDC’s investment activities are aligned with both company objectives and investor expectations.

Prior to joining MDC, Jordan was a key member of one of Vancouver’s top-performing commercial brokerage investment teams, where he was involved in over $3 billion in transaction volume across multiple asset classes. In this role, he supported transactions through detailed cash flow analysis, marketing initiatives, and due diligence.

Jordan holds an MBA from Lynn University and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, Jordan was named 2 time All-American in the sport of Rugby during his undergraduate years and played internationally in Australia and Scotland prior to completing his masters degree.

Jordan is an avid skier, golfer and fulltime parent with his wife and their 3 children.
